Οι Ιδιωματισμοί (Idioms) αποτελούν παγιωμένες εκφράσεις με ιδιαίτερο νόημα που δεν προκύπτουν από το νόημα των επιμέρους λέξεων που τις αποτελούν.

 (You should never feel hopeless because difficult times      

always lead to better days)

 Every cloud haw a silver lining.

(The active cooperation of both parties is needed,or  if two 

people were involved in a bad situation, both must be responsible)

 Water under the bridge.

(Problems that someone has had in the past that they do 

not worry about because they happened a long time ago 

and cannot now be changed)

    Wear your heart on your sleeve.

(To display one's feelings openly and habitually, rather    

than keep them private)

What goes around comes around

(The results of things that one has done will someday have    

                                                                                   an effect on the person who started the events)
